I obtained my Bachelor's Degree from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. This is my 2nd year teaching 2nd grade. I enjoy couponing and traveling.

Mabuhay! I am Ms Dahlia Imperial, an International Teacher at MB Hubbard Elementary handling 2nd Grade Math. I came from the Philippines. I am in my 13th year in the teaching profession and this is my 2nd year here at Hubbard. I’ve finished my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education in 2010 at the University of the Visayas and I received my Masters in Special Education in 2022 from Cebu Technological University.  I enjoy reading, board games, listening to music of all genre, running, hiking and traveling. Excited for another school year filled with new discoveries, exciting challenges, and amazing opportunities! Together we can!

Hi, I am Merlene F. Abao an International Teacher from the Philippines. I am a Second Grade ELA Teacher at MB Hubbard. I am in my 28 years of teaching kids both public and private schools after I graduated in 1996 at Silliman University in the Philippines.

I studied Master of Arts in Teaching English and completed its academic requirements in 1997.

I love reading books and travel with my family. My husband is also an educator and we are blessed with three kids, one in college and two in High School. I am a quiet type of person but can easily deal well with others.I love being with kids. I speak less and do more.

I have been working with Nash County Schcools for 26 years.  I have an associate degree in Art. I have been at MB Hubbard for 21 years.
