Grades K-2 will participate in Field Day from 9:30-11:30
Grades 3-5 will participate in Field Day from 12:30-2:30
Students will wear their Field Day shirts purchased through the link below to match their grade level for Field Day activities.

Although we are enjoying Spring Break, we couldn't let the week go by without celebrating our outstanding Assistant Principal Mr. Brandon Lucas during Assistant Principal Week. Today members of our Lego/Technology team traveled to the Rocky Mount Event Center and participated in the Brick City Engineering Competition. Our students did a great job, working together to showcase their teamwork, knowledge of STEM careers based on the books they've studied and coding abilities. We are so proud of their hardwork and hope they continue exploring STEM opportunities. Great job Hornets!

Join us to celebrate the brilliance of Nash County Public Schools' students at our Celebration of the Arts! This event showcases artwork from students across the district. After the celebration, the artwork will be displayed at the Braswell Memorial Library throughout the month of April. Today students received their Technology Fee statements. As a reminder: All technology fees are to be paid online. Technology fees include the yearly user fee of $20 and any repair fees your child may receive during the school year, all of which can be paid online. Technology fees are assessed by the technician assigned to the school based on the device repair needs. As a reminder any technology fees not paid in the year they are received, will roll over to the next year until paid. Tomorrow is picture day. Students do not have to wear uniforms for picture day. Pictures do not have to be pre-ordered. Sample images will be available to view for purchase 3-5 days after picture day. Students will take spring individual and classroom pictures. If you have any questions please contact the school.
